Hi, I'm the owner of Evergreen Lawn Care LLC. I'm a woman building a company in an industry that's mostly run by men, and I'm doing it for one reason: a real love for nature, plants, conservation and service.
Why I started Evergreen
Nature has always been where I feel most myself. Plants, soil, trees, the way a neglected corner of a yard can come back to life with the right care — that's what I fell in love with, and it's what inspired me to found Evergreen Lawn Care.
Landscaping is an industry dominated by men, and I knew I'd have to work twice as hard to be taken seriously. I decided that was fine. I wanted to lead it my way: with care for the land, respect for the people who live on it, and service that actually shows up.
I also heard the same story from homeowners all over the Eastern Shore: a contractor who quoted one price and charged another, never returned a call, or stopped showing up halfway through the season. Meanwhile the yard sits there — the first thing you see when you pull into the driveway, and the one thing you don't have the time or energy to fix on your own.
Evergreen exists to change that story.
